Sports clothing

The red Burton Green tee shirt (available from the Friends of Burton Green) is worn with black shorts or black skirts. Trainers should be worn for outdoor games, football boots may be worn for football. For indoor PE, pumps may be worn.

For swimming we abide by the rules of the Abbey Fields swimming pool which state that boy's swimming shorts should be above the knee and that girls should wear a one-piece swimsuit.

Long hair should be tied back.

It would be helpful if your child had a bag for sports clothes and shoes.

Please ensure that all clothing is clearly labelled with your child’s name.
